Flange hole misalignment is a common issue during wind turbine tower construction. Causes can include factory defects, transport damage, foundation deviations, or extreme temperature shifts during sea freight. We’ve engineered two custom types of tower pressing systems designed to solve this problem efficiently. Transported via our mobile workshop units, these presses are attached directly to the tower flange in situ, enabling out-of-round flange pressing that restores alignment back within tolerance. Adaptable to all flange sizes, our system has been successful on every project to date, saving clients both time and the cost of full tower section replacements.
