After 16 months of dedicated work behind the scenes, we're proud to unveil our latest custom build:  The 2015 customised Mercedes Arocs 6x4, transformed into a fully equipped mobile workshop.  To accommodate enhanced capacity the chassis has been extended by 1.1 metres, it is equipped with front and rear linkage systems and auxiliary hydraulics to support our tower press and other heavy equipment used across wind farms, quarries, and similar sites.

The demountable workshop is fully equipped with a 500-amp welder, lathe, milling machine, and a range of additional tools to ensure full on-site fabrication and repair capability.

To support sustainability, we have also incorporated solar panels to power day-to-day operations — helping us reduce our environmental impact while maintaining efficiency in the field.

​Key Modifications:

• Chassis Extension: Cut and stretched by 1100 mm for enhanced capacity.

• Hydraulics: Front and rear linkage installed with dual auxiliary hydraulic lines to both ends.

• Power Take-Off (PTO): Hydraulic PTO fitted to the rear.

• Suspension Upgrade: Front air bags added for lift capability when operating the tower press.

• Wheels & Tires: Brand new rims and tires fitted all around.
